PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The Mentorship – 1,000-Hour Integrated Human Development Training & Volunteer Service System is a long-term, multi-level, assessment-based, competency-based education program designed to develop children, adolescents, and young adults into conscious, ethical, responsible, and self-directed individuals who are capable of managing their lives independently.
The program is grounded in a Character-Based Education model that integrates attitudes, character, and habits in a coherent development framework.
PROGRAM GOAL
The program aims to develop individuals who:
- Make conscious, informed choices
- Take personal responsibility
- Demonstrate ethical and humane values
- Analyze real-life situations and make sound decisions
- Protect themselves from risks and harmful influences
The overall goal is to develop independent, well-rounded, and mature citizens.
TRAINING & VOLUNTEER SERVICE MODEL
The program is implemented through a training-and-practicum model based on volunteer participation.
Participants actively engage as volunteers in real-world projects and organizational activities related to education, culture, humanitarian service, and environmental sustainability, completing a total of 1,000 academic hours of training, practicum, and volunteer service.
PROGRAM STRUCTURE
The program consists of 1,000 academic hours delivered across eight sequential levels:
- Level I – Self-Awareness and Personal Discipline
- Level II – Emotional Intelligence, Forgiveness, and Compassion
- Level III – Critical Thinking and Practical Life Intelligence
- Level IV – Ethics, Healthy Boundaries, and Self-Protection Skills
- Level V – Healthy Relationships, Sexual Education, and Family Education
- Level VI – Financial Discipline and Economic Responsibility
- Level VII – Social Responsibility, Compassionate Living, and Sustainable Development
- Level VIII – Life Strategy, Integration, and Final Assessment
LEARNING OUTCOMES (COMPETENCIES)
Upon completion, participants will demonstrate the following core competencies:

CERTIFICATION & VERIFICATION
Participants who meet all program requirements and successfully complete 1,000 academic hours of training and volunteer service will be awarded the:
“Certificate of Completion: 1,000 Hours of Volunteer Service.”
This certificate formally verifies:
- Sustained, long-term participation
- Demonstrated ethics, responsibility, and character development
- Verified experience gained in real-world settings

FOREIGN LANGUAGE INDIVIDUALIZED INSTRUCTION
Each participant will be enrolled in individualized (one-to-one) foreign language instruction in the following languages:
- Mongolia
- Chinese
- French
- Spanish
- Portuguese
- Russian
- Japanese
- Korean
Language instruction is competency-based and aligned with the participant’s current proficiency level and goals. It is designed for communicative use and practical application and supports international education, scholarship, and career pathways.
LABOR MARKET RELEVANCE
A major challenge faced by many organizations today is not simply a shortage in headcount, but a shortage of well-developed, ethical, responsible, and mature individuals.
This program addresses that need by systematically preparing human resources with sound attitudes, strong discipline, ethical standards, stability, and independent decision-making capabilities.
